Orders and Accounts
No, you do not need an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest by entering the details needed to process and deliver your order.
Creating an account can make future orders easier and may help you keep track of your order history.

When your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you should also receive tracking information.

Delivery is usually 2 to 5 working days after dispatch, depending on your delivery area and courier route.
Major city and hub areas are often faster. Outlying areas may take longer.

Orders over R600 qualify for free shipping across South Africa. Orders below R600 are charged standard delivery of R70.

Returns and Warranty
Yes, you may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions in our Refund and Return Policy.
The item must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned in its original product packaging. The packaging must be clean, complete, untorn, unwritten on, untaped, and in excellent resellable condition.
Phone covers may be carefully opened and checked for fit.
If the phone cover is not what you expected, please stop there, place it back into the original product packaging, keep all accessories and inserts together, and contact us to arrange the next step.
Screen protectors cannot be returned for a change-of-mind return once the product packaging has been opened.

Collectibles cannot be returned for a change-of-mind return once the product packaging has been opened, damaged, or tampered with.
