Do I have to have a GotYouCovered account to purchase from this website?
Answer

No you dont. You will be required though to input your information if you decide to purchase a product. Having an account lets you track your dealings with our website.

What forms of payment do you accept online?
Answer

We accept:

  1. Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard
  2. Instant EFT

I didn’t receive my email confirming that my order was placed. What should I do?
Answer
  • When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed.
  • You will also receive an email once your order has been shipped advising you of the courier tracking number.
  • If you do not receive these confirmation eMails then please check your Spam folder. You can also contact our customer care team by email – [email protected], using this contact form or by phone 0721593961.

  • When will my order be shipped?
    Answer

    If orders are placed and cleared before 2pm they will be shipped on the same day. Any time after 2pm and the order will be shipped the next day.


    Can I change my order?
    Answer

    Up until the time that your order has been shipped we will do everything we can to assist with changing your order. Unfortunatly after the order has been shipped there is not much we can do but please do contact us or call 0721593961 and we will see how we can assist.


    How can I best look after my cover?
    Answer

    When putting your cover on or taking it off do not push down on the corners with the cutouts. Rather start on the full edges.
